Who are we?

Marilyn Crutcher, Dawn Fears.

Marilyn Crutcher is a Nashville native and is the pioneer of all dishes that come from The Veggie Cafe kitchen.  She retired from Bellsouth after more than 30 years of service to continue her forte of cooking.  Her financial background transitioned from counting numbers to counting fresh fruits and vegetables.  Marilyn is the inspiration for the restaurant and takes pride in every customer served.

Dawn Fears is a native of east Nashville who spent her last 15 years in Fortune 500 companies managing products, people and processes. She recently traded in her briefcase for an apron and joined the team in Tennessee upon return from sunny San Diego.  Dawn is the inspiration behind many of our west coast dishes and wraps.  Her extensive travel has added many flavors to our menu.
